Former news anchor Amy Robach doubts if people know her real self after loving T.J. Holmes

Amy Robach is reintroducing herself to the world through TikTok. The former GMA3 co-host, who recently joined the platform, shared her first video expressing the goal of reclaiming her narrative. In the video, she acknowledged that some may know her from her television career, others from tabloid coverage, and many may not know her at all.

Robach, at 50 years old, proudly mentioned being a mom to two girls aged 17 and 21. She emphasized choosing love in her life and living her truth, acknowledging that there has been a price to pay but expressing excitement about the future. Explaining her love for trying new things, she introduced her TikTok venture as a way to share more about who she is.

In a subsequent post, Robach shared a video of her and T.J. Holmes on a snowy run in New York City, revealing their training for the city's half marathon in March. The clip showcased the former co-hosts navigating the snowy city streets, bundled up against the cold. Last year, the couple ran the half marathon together, marking another milestone in their relationship.


Robach and Holmes have been candid about their relationship, discussing it on their podcast. In a December episode, they addressed the possibility of marriage, with Robach mentioning that it was under consideration. They emphasized that their relationship was entered with the intention of spending their lives together. Holmes added humorously that he wanted to marry her partly because of their age gap.

The couple has also shared insights into merging their families, blending Robach's two daughters with ex Andrew Shue and Holmes' daughter with his ex Marilee Fiebig. Robach noted on a podcast episode in January that it has been gratifying to see everything becoming more normal and effortless, reflecting the positive evolution of their blended family dynamic.
