Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins was 'weary of the whole game' before passing away at 50
Taylor Hawkins, the drummer for the Foo Fighters, died in March at the age of 50 while on tour with his band.

The iconic musician died in a hotel room in Bogota, Colombia, some hours before he and his band were scheduled to play at the end of March.
According to renowned Colombian weekly magazine Semana, the late star had a circulatory collapse after bingeing on a mix of substances. Hawkins was unsure about going on the tour after the coronavirus epidemic, according to many close insiders who spoke to Rolling Stone.
He was also allegedly unsure if he could stay as a full-time member if the band continued to tour at their current pace of three-hour shows.
Matt Cameron, the drummer for the iconic band Pearl Jam, likewise stated that he didn't want to 'do it longer.'
Hawkins never expressed any complaints with the band or management, according to a Foo Fighter spokesman, and there was 'never a heart-to-heart.'
Mirror has also reached out to the band's representatives. Cameron later apologised for participating in the interview on Instagram, saying that his remarks were "quoted out of context and twisted into a narrative I had never meant."
Hawkins never expressed any reservations about the tour itinerary, according to Foo Fighter reps. Following his passing, the band - which includes Rami Jaffee, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear, and Dave Grohl - issued a statement confirming that the remaining of the tour would be cancelled ,allowing them to grieve and recover.
