Flood Advisory: See which areas may get excessive rainfall in North Carolina
According to the National Weather Service, a flood advisory has been issued in Randolph, Alamance and Guilford County in the state of North Carolina.

Hasty, Ramseur and Goldston seem to be witnessing the heaviest storms. Creeks, streams, rivers may face flooding. The low-lying and flood-prone areas seem to get impacted by the thundershowers. Till now, around 1-3 inches of rainfall has already occurred.
The National Weather Service (NWS) of the US has advised that drivers should turn around if they come across a flooded road as numerous deaths occur in vehicles during floods. It is highly important for the drivers to be very careful at night as it is difficult to recognize the danger of flooding.
