'Floating Man Cave': Superyacht fitted with outdoor cinema, wine cellar, smoking room, VR

Plans for an incredible 280ft superyacht have been unveiled. Called the "Floating Man Cave", the giant vessel boasts its very own wine cellar, a smoking room, and even an outdoor cinema. According to 'The Sun', Project Armand, promises to be tailored to "men seeking relaxation at sea" with its sleek indoor and outdoor design. The superyacht has a glass-bottomed infinity pool on the main deck, it is surrounded by seats in an amphitheater style.

Lower deck

The lower deck is fitted with a man cave complete with a luxury lounge, dive station, and floating garage, that can fit a U-Boat Worx Super Sub, a bespoke tender, and plenty of other water toys. The bow has an extensible helipad that can be converted into an outdoor theatre thanks to a disguised C SEED outdoor TV measuring an incredible 16.7ft.

Upper deck

The upper deck has a fancy outdoor dining space, ideal for hosting gatherings. With a spacious interior measuring 2,500 Gross Tonnage (GT), Armand offers an expansive living area, with its main salon featuring state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) equipment. Besides, a glass concave structure with LED screens envelops guests in an immersive 180-degree virtual world where they can explore the Serengeti or watch a Grand Prix race.

Penthouse

The owners of the superyacht will also have their penthouse, which spans both the bridge and sundeck. The penthouse opens onto an outdoor lounge featuring a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Besides, it will have a full-beam VIP suite on the main deck. Armand has seven guest staterooms spread across the main and lower decks.

The superyacht can accommodate 18 guests and a crew of 21. It will be so huge that passengers will need a golf cart to explore its lavish confines. Italian design studio Lazzarini has designed it, inspired by a hammerhead shark. The windows of the ship will represent teeth and gills.
