"Finding Michael", a new riveting documentary, is premiering on Disney+ on March 3. The disappearance of Michael Matthews, the youngest British mountaineer to ascend Mount Everest, served as the inspiration for the movie.

Spencer Matthews, Michael's younger brother and a reality TV personality and entrepreneur in his own right, sets out to re-trace Everest in search of his missing brother's remains, and the real-time documentary appears to be an agonizing journey.

Michael Matthews was the youngest British climber of Mount Everest in 1999. He did, however, vanish after almost three hours and was never found again. Michael was 22 years old and well-known in the derivatives trading industry at the time. His family, friends, and younger brother Spencer Matthews all cherished and loved him.
