Improvements to Motion Blur and Camera

The System tab in the Main Menu now includes the following options:

Motion Blur Strength: It allows players to adjust the intensity of the motion blur effect during the movement of character or camera. By default, the setting is fixed at a maximum of 5, but it can be brought down to reduce the strength of the motion blur or set to 0 to completely disable it.
Player Follow (Movement)
Player Follow (Attack)
Disabling these settings prevents the camera from tracking the player automatically while they are moving or attacking.
The maximum settings for Camera Sensitivity (Horizontal) and Camera Sensitivity (Vertical) have been raised from 10 to 20.

New Controller Layouts
