Final Destination: Bloodlines, the sixth installment of the Final Destination franchise, is all set for streaming on HBO Max and HBO linear. It was the highest-grossing among all six parts, garnering $138.1 million at the domestic box office and $285.3 million worldwide.

After a 77-day theatrical window, Final Destination: Bloodlines will stream on HBO Max starting Friday, August 1, 2025. As far as its HBO linear debut is concerned, it is set for August 2, 2025 at 8 p.m. ET. The movie was released in the US by Warner Bros. Pictures on May 16, 2025. The latest installment of the horror film franchise was released digitally in homes on June 17, 2025, in what was a 32-day theatrical window, and on DVD/4K UHD/Blu-Ray on July 22, 2025, for a 67-day window.

Final Destination: Bloodlines stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, and Rya Kihlstedt, with Brec Bassinger and Tony Todd.

Final Destination: Bloodlines: Cast and plot

Final Destination: Bloodlines revolves around college student Stefani (Santa Juana), who is plagued by a violent recurring nightmare. She heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle, her grandmother, Iris, and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.

The screenplay was written by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, with the story by Jon Watts, Busick, and Evans Taylor. It’s based on characters created by Jeffrey Reddick. The film was produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich, with David Siegel and Warren Zide as executive producers.
