FIFA World Cup 2022’s Day 10 schedule: See which teams are competing today

Several matches are going to be played on the 10th day of the FIFA World Cup 2022. These include Ecuador vs. Senegal, Netherlands vs. Qatar, Iran vs. USA and Wales vs. England.

With two matches taking place simultaneously until the knockout rounds on the 10th day, the FIFA World Cup is currently at the group stages level. On Tuesday, the Group A matches are scheduled to begin with Ecuador vs. Senegal and the Netherlands vs. an already-eliminated Qatar.

However, there are two highly anticipated fights scheduled for the second half, which will go on till late into the night. While the first match between Iran and the USA took off with political overtones, in the second match, Wales will take on England, which is a situation of neighbor vs. neighbor.

Ecuador vs. Senegal

If Ecuador's youthful squad defeats or draws with African champions Senegal in their Group A match on Tuesday at the Khalifa International Stadium, they would be remarkably close to a career-high last-16 spot in the World Cup.

However, a defeat to Senegal, the defending African champions, could result in Ecuador's elimination rather than their second-ever appearance in the knockout phase.

Netherlands vs. Qatar

The Netherlands, which is poised to advance to the World Cup's knockout round, will face Qatar on Tuesday in its last Group A game.
After failing to qualify for the World Cup four years ago, the Netherlands will be back in the running with a draw now that the host country Qatar has lost its first two games and has already blown its chance of progressing past the group stage.

Iran vs. USA

In a winner-take-all battle, Iran and the United States will square off in a Group B match at the Al Thumama stadium.

A thrilling round of Group B matches has been set up thanks to Iran's thrilling 2-0 victory over Wales and the United States team's tight 0-0 draw with England on Friday. The Iran-United States match will determine which team advances to the next stage.

Wales vs. England

Prior to their so-called "Battle of Britain" match against England on Tuesday, the tide had turned against Wales, making it tough for it to reach the round of 16, following that unexpected loss against Iran.

Being at the bottom of Group B, Wales is in desperate need of defeating England for just the 14th time in 104 encounters—a rivalry that dates back to 1879—in order to advance. However, Wales may not even be able to go past the group stage with a win since a draw in the other game between Iran and the United States is also required.
