The FIFA World Cup 2022 quarterfinal stage begins on Friday, 9 December, with Brazil playing Croatia. Captained by superstar Lionel Messi, Argentina will also face the Netherlands on the opening matchday of the most awaited last-eight stage.
On the second day, old rivals England and France will face each other at Al Bayt Stadium.
Morocco, the fourth African team to reach the quarterfinals, will face Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal at Al Thumama Stadium. The four victors will advance to the semifinals, beginning on 14 December.
