The FBI has foiled a potential terror attack planned for Halloween weekend in Michigan, according to FBI Director Kash Patel. The incident soon went viral as the video showed authorities issuing warnings in Arabic before deploying smoke grenades. The footage, which circulated widely online, captured law enforcement officers conducting a controlled operation that appeared to neutralize a possible threat. Multiple subjects have been arrested while officials have not yet disclosed details about the suspects.

"This morning the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend. More details to come. Thanks to the men and women of FBI and law enforcement everywhere standing guard 24/7 and crushing our mission to defend the homeland," Patel said Friday on social media.

According to sources cited by ABC News, the FBI intervened after undercover operatives tracked online communications among several suspects in a chat group. Law enforcement officials said the alleged plot, which involved firearms, may have links to a foreign terrorist organization.

Sources told ABC News, the suspects had undergone firearms training, prompting law enforcement to act when they referred to 'pumpkin day', a phrase investigators believe was code for Halloween. The individuals involved are reportedly between 16 and 20 years old, with at least two arrests made and three others taken in for questioning

"The alleged attack was timed for Halloween when innocent children should be enjoying themselves Trick or Treating," Gorka said on social media.
