Bryan White, the village manager and general manager of electric operations, said there is no estimated time for full power restoration. White also said there is an issue with National Grid lines that supply power to the area. With temperatures expected to reach only 26 degrees, White advised people to take safety steps because of the cold weather.The school district said students on buses are being kept warm until they reach home safely. WHEC said they have a crew heading to Fairport to learn more and track how the outage is affecting people.
