Elon Musk lifts Donald Trump's Twitter ban, ex-US president unlikely to return

Former US President Donald Trump’s account was suspended by previous Twitter management a few days after his supporters stormed the US Capitol on January 6. His account was suspended due to the risk of encouraging violence in the country.

Twitter was Trump’s main social media platform. Even after Musk’s move, he will not be coming back because he does not see any reason for it. After his suspension from all the major Social Media platforms, Trump went ahead and made his own platform, Truth Social. According to analytics, only 92,000 people downloaded the platform in September as compared to 15 million downloads on Twitter.
