MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair did not include Musk's name on her child's birth certificate. According to court documents, Musk allegedly messaged St. Clair, informing him that "the child will never know his father if I make a mistake on security."

Because of this, E, the father's spot on his birth certificate, is currently blank. She had responded, "And why does he have my last name?"
