The Meteorite Staff is located in Caelid, near the Street of Sages Ruins. Travel to the Aeonia Swamp Shore Site of Grace and head north to reach the ruins. Look for a small building with stairs and a room filled with poisonous plants. Defeat them and interact with the hanging corpse inside to obtain the Meteorite Staff.

Meteorite Staff: How to Acquire?

If you lack access to Sites of Grace in Caelid, head to the Dragon Burnt Ruins in the center of Agheel Lake. Descend into the ruined basement, open the door, and interact with the chest to teleport to Sellia Crystal Tunnel. Navigate through the tunnel and head northwest to reach the ruins and acquire the Meteorite Staff.
