El Grande Americano retains WWE Speed Championship on latest episode

The latest episode of WWE Speed is now available on social media platform X, featuring El Grande Americano successfully defending his WWE Speed Championship.

Americano retained the title against Berto, landing a decisive headbutt with his loaded face mask. Berto had earned the title shot by winning the most recent Speed tournament.


Americano, the fourth wrestler to hold the title, has now reigned for 43 days.


Attention now shifts to the women’s division, where a four-woman tournament will determine the next challenger for Sol Ruca’s WWE Women’s Speed Championship.

The tournament kicks off next week with B-Fab vs Alba Fyre, while Thea Hail faces Nikkita Lyons. The winners will meet to decide who earns the title shot.

WWE Speed streams every Wednesday at 12am ET exclusively on X, with occasional episodes airing on Fridays and Saturdays at the same time.
