A video clip forwarded to a media house by a parent of the Dry Creek Elementary school in California shows an unidentified female driver shouting on the bus intercom that she will shoot if anyone else asks where they are going. The children were returning home when the incident happened. It seems the driver had missed a stop and was trying to turn around when someone asked whether they were going in the correct direction. The video was recorded by one of the children on the bus. The incident occurred when students returning home from school told the driver that she had taken the wrong route.

A Similar One Earlier

Interestingly, just two days before, a similar video surfaced online where the driver is seen screaming Shut Up at the children on board when asked why the bus was going in the wrong way. Again, the students of Tooele County School were on the bus. In this case, the driver was substituting, and the children were trying to help her with the route. The driver is under suspension now.

Authorities Speak

Rex Brimhall, the director of Transportation for Alpine School District, wrote to the Dry Creek Elementary School's parents, confirming that the district administration has taken all necessary actions to ensure a safe journey for the children. However, media reports indicate that an overall shortage of bus drivers complicates the issue.
