Who can get the refund
Eligible members will receive up to $51 per person as an automatic refund.Eligibility rules:
- You must be a U.S. Amazon Prime customer.
- You must have signed up for Prime through a “challenged enrollment flow” between June 23, 2019, and June 23, 2025.
- You must have used no more than three Prime benefits in any 12-month period of your subscription.
If you don’t receive an automatic email, you may still be eligible. You can claim your refund starting December 24 at www.subscriptionmembershipsettlement.com. Experts recommend checking emails and spam folders to ensure you don’t miss the deadline of December 24, as reported by Daily Express US.
