DJ tWitch, the popular DJ of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, shocked the world after he committed suicide on Wednesday, December 13. The American freestyle dancer and television producer left his house in Los Angeles without his car, after which his wife, Allison Holker, reported the “unusual behaviour” to the LAPD. Subsequently, the police found that the artist had shot himself at the Oak Tree Inn in LA.
DJ tWitch’s real name was Stephen Boss, and he was the runner-up of So You Think You Can Dance 2008. He had been a part of The Ellen DeGeneres Show since 2014 and was a mainstay until it concluded in 2022. Boss was also featured in Ellen’s Game of Games and hosted Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings between 2018 and 2020 along with his wife, Allison.
Strangely, while Boss’s public life is much talked about online, there’s absolutely no info about his parents. Even though the multi-talented artist was in public space for a long time, we don’t even know the names of his parents. All we know about his early days is that he was born in Montgomery, Alabama, and he graduated from Lee High School in the same city.
