Start your festive celebration by binge-watching two new Korean thrillers on the Disney+ platform. Connect is a sci-fi thriller. All six episodes will premiere globally and have been directed by Japanese director Miike Takashi.

It stars Jung Hae-in as Ha Dong-soo in the title role. A group of organ harvesters kidnaps Dong-soo to extract his eyes. He manages to escape with his one remaining eye after unexpectedly awakening during surgery. Later, he realizes that he can still see out of his missing eye, which is now being utilized by a serial murderer attacking Seoul's citizens. Dong-soo is resolute in pursuing the perpetrator and will make whatever efforts are necessary to restore himself to full health.

On December 21, the Kang Yoon-Seong-directed serial Big Bet will air.

Choi Min-sik makes his television debut appearance in over 26 years. He portrays Cha Moo-sik, a Filipino man who starts with little and works tirelessly to become a casino magnate. When he is investigated in connection with a murder case, he once again reaches rock bottom. Moo-sik is determined not to allow life to defeat him again, so he will sacrifice everything, even his own life, to get back in the game.

It is not known whether the series will be streamed on Disney+ or Hulu for the American audience.
