However, fans of Black Myth: Wukong are claiming that the knockoff, named 'Wukong Sun: Black Legend' is looking like a copy of their beloved game, and the art and graphics seen in the promotional content are also quite similar. Wukong Sun is a 2D platformer game, and is reportedly having some likeliness with already released and popular 'Black Myth: Wukong'. This game has already earned a superstar status in China and the other countries it is available in.

Social media users claim outright ban on 'Wukong Sun: Black Legend'

Weibo, China's version of X, is currently filled with numerous posts from fans of 'Black Muth: Wukong', who are claiming that a ban should be imposed by Nintendo on the upcoming release of 'Wukong Sun: Black Legend', the name of which is also quite similar to the already-released game.


There are also claims that since Nintendo has removed pirated games from its exquisite store in recent times, this new game should also be removed as this is a clear case of copying, say social media users.
