They have accused Katzenberg, who was named a campaign co-chair, of misleading them by downplaying Biden’s age-related decline. They are also upset that the movie mogul failed to sound the alarm in time to allow the Democrats to pick a suitable replacement. Quoting unnamed sources, 'The Ankler' has reported that everyone in town is furious with him. Katzenberg has insisted that Joe Biden is “fine” even though there were apparent signs of cognitive decline that became apparent during last week’s presidential debate. According to the 'Financial Times', Katzenberg had his famous quote for everybody, which was ‘I’m happy to put you in a room with him and you’ll see for yourself.’ But nobody did it.”

Democrats told to move away from Joe Biden
James Carville, the veteran Democratic Party strategist has asked Democrats to move on from Biden long before the debate debacle. The Democrat contender was seen giving halting answers, appearing to stare out into space and fumble his words. The FT has reported that Katzenberg did not attend the meeting for Biden’s campaign that coordinates celebrity endorsement appearances.

According to New York Post, Katzenberg has donated nearly $4 million to Biden’s campaign. A pro-Biden super PAC was quoted last year as saying that he viewed Biden’s age as a “superpower.” Talking to Reuters, last year he also said that Biden was “energetic” and “effective,” and suggested Republican attacks on his age would backfire.
