There may be a split within the Trudeau government in Canada, as ex-House Speaker Newt Gringrich has claimed that the people of Canada and the House is losing confidence in the reigning Canadian PM, based on the way caved in to Trump recently. Gingrich went on to say that Trump has had an undue influence on Trudeau and the overall perspective changed about the Canadian PM in this sudden ceasefire of sots, which was looking impossible at a point when Trudeau was going all guns blazing.

Trump was also not very laid-back at that point, and he too, kept mocking the Canadian PM, and even claimed that the country should become the '51st state of the US', something that created a massive uproar in Canada, and was also criticized vehemently by Canadian leaders.

Trump has even taken the opportunity to take digs at Trudeau, and has even called him a 'governor', as if Canada were a State under the US. These instances have irked up Canadians to a certain level from where there is no coming back now, but many are surprised to see the fact that Trudeau is no more so aggressive against Trump, which he earlier used to be, says Gingrich.


According to latest reports, if a no-confidence vote were to be organized in Canada, Gingrich is of the opinion that Trudeau may end up losing massively.
