Did a judge struck down Joe Biden's pardons of Fauci, Cheney and Schiff? Here's the truth
Recent speculations are going around that a judge has eventually struck down former US President Joe Biden’s pardons of Cheney, Schiff and Fauci whereas, the truth is actually something else.

According to USA Today, the Instagram post included images of several individuals while including retired General Mark Milley and Dr. Anthony Fauci as well who were granted pardons by former US President Joe Biden just during the final hours of his US Presidency. Surprisingly, the claim gained a lot of traction while receiving over 80,000 likes but it actually originated from a satirical website and has no basis in fact.
USA Today asserted that there is no such judge by that name on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and also no court ruling exists regarding the constitutionality of the preemptive pardons by former US President Joe Biden. The pardons were actually issued to eventually protect individuals who might face legal repercussions under the US President Donald Trump administration while including members of the January 6 Committee and family members of Joe Biden as well.
It should also be noted that the satirical nature of the original claim was obscured when it was shared on Instagram without any sort of proper context.
Eminent fact-checkers have already clarified that the preemptive pardons are constitutional under Article II of the US Constitution while allowing US Presidents broad discretion in their use, noted USA Today. Thus, the assertion that former US President Joe Biden's pardons are unconstitutional is totally unfounded.
