Diablo 4 Early access is coming soon. Here’s how to play, release date and preloading on PC, Xbox, PlayStation

Diablo 4's Early Access is almost here, which means lots of players can try out the game before it's officially released. If you're excited about Diablo 4, you're not alone! It's been more than a decade since the last Diablo game, and this new one looks just as amazing. Many people want to know how they can play the Early Access version of Diablo 4.

To help you out, here's everything you need to know: how to play the game, when Early Access starts, and how to preload the game.

How to play Diablo 4?

To access the Diablo 4 Early Access, you need to pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition or Ultimate Edition. It will be playable on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. If you opt for the base edition, you can start playing on June 6 instead of getting early access.

When is Diablo 4 Early Access coming?

Now, if you have pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition, it will be live on either June 1 or 2, based on where you are from.

June 1: 4 pm PDT, 7 pm ET
June 2: 12 am BST, 1 am CEST

Here’s how to preload Diablo 4 Early access

PC:

1. Open Battle.net.
2. Pre-purchase the Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Editions of Diablo 4.
3. Navigate to the Games section.
4. Click on Diablo 4 and access its menu.
5. Choose Diablo IV from the Game Version options.
6. Select the download option.

Xbox:

1. Launch the Xbox Store.
2. Pre-purchase Diablo 4.
3. Click on "Download to Console."

PlayStation:

1. Go to the PlayStation Store.
2. Pre-order Diablo 4.
3. In the Library section, locate Diablo 4.
4. Select "Preload."
