Destiny 2’s Spire of Watcher Dungeon: All you need to know

The latest offering of Destiny 2 game, Spire of the Watcher dungeon, is finally out. Makers of the cult online multiplayer shooter game will reset the servers on December 9 to include new weapons, armour pieces, seals and exotic. However, players should complete the introductory mission to access this new dungeon.

The weekend starts right for gamers as the official announcement by Bungie confirms the release of the latest Dungeon for Destiny 2, titled Spire of the Watcher. This new season will be released with a daily reset on December 9 at 9 am PDT. The release date and time for major regions around the world are as follows-

• China- 1 am (December 10)

• UK- 6 pm (December 9)
• India- 10:30 pm (December 9)
• Brazil- 2 pm (December 9)
• Australia - 3 am (December 10)

However, to get access to the new dungeon, players will have to complete the introductory mission called the “Witch Queen”. Alternatively, they can also access it through the dungeon key from the Eververse store or get the deluxe edition of the expansion.



While the official announcement only consists of the release date, there are leaked reports that suggest the game will be Tex-Mechanica themed. The game is speculated to start on Mars where players will have to penetrate an old building. Reports also give details regarding the name of weapons like-

• Long Arm Scout Rifle
• Terminal Horizon Machine Gun
• Into the Sunset Grenade Launcher

The exotic of the dungeon will be the Solar Bow called the Hierarchy of Needs. Players can get this only by completing the final challenge and some additional puzzles. The exotic perk will be named the Guidance Ring. This ring will help players seek enemies and shoot arrows at them.

The makers of the game have officially announced that they will be releasing the master version of this game as well.

The one who completes all solo missions and collects special loot and achieves triumphs on all levels will be rewarded with the title “Wanted”.
