Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool 3 is reportedly facing roadblocks as Writer's Guild of America (WGA) Strike seems to be hampering the MCU project. The production of Deadpool 3 commenced a few days back in the UK. However, Ryan Reynolds, who is also a producer, is facing a problem of not being allowed to improvise for the film.

Reynolds has a tendency to make improvisation especially when it comes to his anti-hero 'Deadpool' movie. He is also credited as a writer for the film 'Deadpool 3'.

However, Reynolds is unable to improvise as a writer because of strict WGA guidelines for script writing as a WGA member during the strike.


Reynolds as a producer can make subtle changes in the script as WGA rules allow producers to go for "casual minor adjustments in dialogue or narration made prior to or during the period of principal photography."

This time, the WGA has asked producers to avoid writer-like practices during the strike to show support.

Interestingly, Reynolds' original role of Deadpool in X-Men: Origins: Wolverine was reportedly took shape during 2007 Writer's Strike.
