Dark Winds Season 3 Cast, Storyline

Dark Winds Season 3 stars Zahn McClarnon, Kiowa Gordon, and Jessica Matten. The series adapts Tony Hillerman’s novels Dance Hall of the Dead (1973) and The Sinister Pig (2003).

The new season premiered on AMC on March 9, 2025, and concluded on April 27, 2025, with eight episodes. The story is set six months after season 2 and follows Lt. Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee investigating the disappearance of two boys. An abandoned bicycle and a blood-stained patch of ground are the only clues.
