Thus John has been granted a permanent restrain against the three former contestants. This has come after Daymond John complained that the trio were making public statements on their social media sites about the nightmare experience with the celebrity investor.

In the details order, issued by the court Al "Bubba" Baker, his wife, and his daughter have been asked not to make any comment that might be negative, disparaging, or false and may affect the reputation, goodwill, credibility, and value in any way. The court has also asked the Baker Family to delete the post in which they might have alleged that John had tried to capture their company Bubba’s Q Boneless Baby Back Ribs. The controversy is related to a show in which The Bakers appeared in 2014.
