Gwin also claimed to have told the woman to move many times so that he can clean the streets, but she did not oblige and began to attack him instead. So, he used the garden hose to spray water on her in an act of retaliation, the reports said.

The posh art gallery of Gwin has been running since 1984. It seems to have numerous A-list clients, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and David Rockefeller. Since the incident occurred, the social media pages of the gallery have been taken down, as per reports.

The actions of Gwin have been condemned by several other shop owners on the street. Arash Ghanadan, who is the owner of the Barbarossa Lounge - the restaurant outside which the incident took place, has denied any involvement in the matter.

The other shop owners said that although the woman has been present for several days, the actions of Gwin were inappropriate.
