After the final whistle, Enrique appeared to push Pedro in the throat near the center circle, while Donnarumma shoved the 23-year-old to the ground. Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca quickly stepped in to separate Donnarumma from the situation.
"There was a lot of tension, and a lot of pressure... a whole bunch of pushing going on," Enrique said via a translator, claiming he was trying to deescalate.

Pedro offered a different view, stating he had stepped in to protect teammate Andrey Santos from PSG players. "Like a good Brazilian, I went to protect a friend. It ended up with me getting pushed. They don’t know how to lose," he said.
Defender Achraf Hakimi was also seen gesturing angrily toward both Pedro and Santos during the altercation. Maresca downplayed the incident, saying, "I saw something going on, but I don’t know what happened."
Despite the chaotic ending, Chelsea celebrated their dominant performance, lifting the trophy while PSG’s frustration spilled over in a fiery finale.
