Myles Garrett, the left-back defender at the wheel, and his passenger were driving in a black Porsche car. The Cleveland Police confirmed that there was no alcohol or drugs behind the crash. But the car flipped several times, and the Police felt they might blame the weather. It did rain in the area where the American footballer practices and the place is Berea in Ohio, where the Browns have their practice facility.
The sturdy defender had to be hospitalized, but the injuries were not life-threatening, and his family came out with a statement to the press. They are deeply thankful to the people who got out Myles and his passenger.
They were saved partially due to wearing their seatbelts. The reason for the accident is not known.
