As per a report by Variety, The "Transformers" and "G.I. Joe" crossover was first hinted at in the film "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" last year, and Paramount formally confirmed it at CinemaCon this year.After "Rise of the Beasts," Michael Kelly, star of "House of Cards," plays Agent Burke, a suspicious government agent who encounters Anthony Ramos's character Noah. After using the Autobots to save the world, he gives Noah a business card and reveals that Burke is a member of the elite commando unit known as the G.I. Joes.
Di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian, Michael Bay, Tom DeSanto & Don Murphy will produce the crossover, and Steven Spielberg and Hasbro Entertainment will executive produce.
