Richard Sandrak, who shot to fame during his childhood as 'Little Hercules,' has been living a different life. Richard Sandrak got international fame for his toned muscle and strength in 2005 and said he got bored of pumping iron.

Interestingly, Richard Sandrak was lifting three times his body weight at eight. However, the former 'world's strongest boy,' Sandrak, is now 30 years old and lacks affection for the gym.

The extreme childhood of Richard Sandrak in 2005 had brought his parents under public ire, with reports claiming that he had just 1 per cent body fat, which could be fatally low. Besides, some medical professionals suggested that Richard Sandrak was taking drugs as a child his age and would not be able to produce enough testosterone, a hormone necessary to build muscle.


Later, Richard Sandrak confessed that he spent his childhood in isolation due to his abusive father, Pavel. But when his dad was sent to jail on domestic abuse charges, Sandrak could cut all his ties with bodybuilding. Nonetheless, in an interview in 2015, he said he did not regret his childhood bulking.

Notably, Richard Sandrak is still in good shape despite leaving his extreme bodybuilding a long ago. He still does cardio exercises, but not as much as he used to do previously.
