• Causing a serious accident

He already paid restitution to the victims before sentencing. This plea deal also ended six other cases that were connected to the crash. The crash happened on March 30, 2024. Rice was driving a Lamborghini at 119 mph, and another man, Theodore Knox, was in a Corvette going 116 mph, as per the reports.

They were racing at high speed and then crashed. Both men ran away from the scene after the crash. In April 2024, Rice posted on social media saying he met with police and took full responsibility.
