Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA-TPUSA was targeted by FBI-led Arctic Frost during Joe Biden's tenure as President, reveals Senate committee report

Charlie Kirk death has rattled the United States of America and now Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday revealed that a whistleblower had exposed that the Conservationist's foundation Turning Point USA or TPUSA was targeted by FBI-led programme "Arctic Frost" during the tenure of former President Joe Biden.

Some examples of the groups the Wray FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorneys General Association and Trump political groups. In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under the investigative scope of Arctic Frost, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley stated.

On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA, Grassley said.


In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus, Senator Grassley said.

What is Arctic Frost?

Arctic Frost was a joint investigation between FBI, DOJ Office of Inspector General (OIG), U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and National Archives and Records Administration (OIG). The case was opened in April 2022 and in November 2022 was assigned to Special Counsel Jack Smith.

In 2023, FBI stated that Arctic Frost was probing into the multifaceted conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential Election so that former President Trump could remain in office. This conspiracy involved subjects from the private sector, in numerous battleground states (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Mexico, and Arizona), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the White House.

FBI listed these efforts as - False Fraud Claims, False Electors Scheme, False Lawsuits, State Pressure, False DOJ Letter, and Financial Fraud.

There were search warrants against 10 phones (5 lawyers, 1 U.S. Congressman, 2 White House), 20 other electronic devices, 7 iCloud, 28 email accounts, former President Trump's account.
