Emergency sirens blared through the hauntingly deserted streets, and a helicopter was heard hovering over the Midtown area. A police helicopter and ambulances rushed to the popular tourist destination. Fearful bystanders were hurried from Times Square due to rumors of a "suspicious device,” as per a report by The U.S. Sun.
