Chanel Iman and Davon Godchaux get engaged

During babymoon, pregnant Chanel Iman got engaged to professional football player Davon Godchaux in Capri, Italy. This will be the first child of Godchaux and Iman. The American model seems to be all set to walk down the aisle again.

The announcement of the engagement was made by the model on Tuesday. Chanel Iman, who is on a babymoon in Capri, Italy, posted on Instagram, “The blessings keep pouring, grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go.”

The 32-year-old model also posted photos of the proposal made by the football player on social media.




In another post, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel said the Capri is the “perfect” place for the player to get down on one knee. “I love you so much @chauxdown ❤️. You promised me the world and so far you have given me that and so much more! One of the best gifts in life is a life time of adventures! My soulmate, protector and best friend the best memories are yet to come,” she said.

On his Instagram story, Godchaux said that he was “living the Italian dream”. This comes as the 28-year-old professional football player and Iman continued their travels in Amalfi.

The important milestone in the couple’s relationship seems to have come just three weeks after the news broke that the model is pregnant. It will be her third child.

Iman already has two daughters Cali (4) and Cassie (3), who were born in 2018 and 2019, respectively. She shares daughters with ex-husband Sterling Shepard. The former couple, who tied the knot in 2018, had split three years later. In June 2021, Shepard filed for divorce. It was finalized earlier this month.

In 2022, Iman announced her romance with Godchaux. The couple also used pink confetti cannons to disclose the sex of their upcoming baby on May 14.
