Based in Baltimore, the university ranks seventh in the list. The average SAT score of successful applicants is 1470 on a scale of 1600. The students will have to pay $60,480 for the year's tuition and fees.

University of Pennsylvania is a private institution that was founded in 1740. It is also ranked seventh (tied), and the cost of tuition and fees was stated as $63,452.

Founded in 1891, the university is ranked at the ninth position. It does not consider SAT or ACT testing. Its tuition and fees are $60,864.
