Cardi B and Offset's relationship on the rocks? A timeline of their ups and downs
Cardi B recently dropped some cryptic messages on Instagram, hinting at a shift in priorities and shedding "dead weight" in the new year. Couple that with the classic move of unfollowing each other on Instagram, and fans are in a frenzy speculatin...

So, on December 4, Cardi took to her Instagram Stories and dropped some hints about prioritising herself over someone else's feelings. "You know when you just outgrow relationships," she shared. In another message, she added, "I'm tired of protecting people's feelings … I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST." And to add more drama, both Cardi and Offset hit that unfollow button on each other's Instagram – a classic sign of relationship trouble. But hold on, neither of them has spilled the beans on a breakup officially.
Right after the unfollowing drama, Cardi hopped on Instagram Live and talked about cutting off "dead weight." She got real about getting rid of mental baggage, laziness, and certain people. It seemed pretty intense, and she mentioned how the next year is going to be all about her.
Flashback to a few months ago, things got rocky when Offset accused Cardi of cheating. She went on X (formerly known as Twitter) to clap back, singing about not being the one to blame. It got quite heated, with Cardi reminding everyone, "I’m Cardi B, n****. I think sometimes motherf***ers forget I’m Cardi B."
But hey, this power couple has a track record of bouncing back. Back in 2020, Cardi filed for divorce, saying there's no hope for reconciliation. However, just a month later, they patched things up, and Offset even called Cardi a "pit bull" on a podcast.
So, are Cardi and Offset hitting a rough patch again? Well, only time will tell. Stay tuned for the next episode of "Cardi and Offset: Relationship Rollercoaster."
