California deluged by floodwaters, forces mass evacuations

The town of Gilroy in Northern California was partly underwater after the latest storm. Video shows homes with water up to roof and cars almost completely submerged. Parts of Highway 101 are also flooded, with some drivers risking driving through the floodwaters.
