Famous South Korean singer Dong Young-bae, better known by his stage names Taeyang and SOL, reportedly may collaborate with BTS's Jimin for his solo comeback. Earlier, several reports claimed that the singer is gearing up to make an enthralling return with a new solo album in January of 2023.

However, now, if industry insiders are to be believed, BTS's Jimin will feature in Taeyang’s solo album to charm all his fans and to meet their expectations. On the other hand, if rumours of Taeyang making his solo album turns out to be true, this will mark the release of his new music for the first time in approximately 5 years.

Taeyang's last solo music release was in the year 2017 and in 2018. Big Bang released their recent joint song 'Flower Road.'
