Bruce Willis health: Daughter Tallulah shares update of Die Hard actor

During an appearance on "The Drew Barrymore Show," Tallulah Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis, provided an update on the Die Hard actor's health amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia. Tallulah Willis revealed that his condition remains the same, according to news reports.

"He is the same, which I think in this regard I’ve learned is the best thing you can ask for," Tallulah, 29, said.

Explaining the family's decision to be open about Willis' condition, Tallulah highlighted their desire to raise awareness about frontotemporal dementia. She expressed the family's willingness to share their struggles to help others.


"I see love when I’m with him, and it’s my dad, and he loves me, which is really special," Tallulah Willis added.

Earlier this year, Bruce Willis family had revealed on social media that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which is an uncommon type of dementia that causes problems with behaviour and language. According to John Hopkins Medical School, is a group of disorders that occur when nerve cells in the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain are lost. FTD can affect behavior, personality, language, and movement.

Tallulah Willis is the youngest daughter Bruce Willis shares with his ex-wife Demi Moore. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore got married in 1987 and later divorced in 2000 He later married Emma Heming, and the couple has two daughters together. The actor retired from acting after his aphasia diagnosis in 2022.

During the Drew Barrymore Show, Tallulah Willis also said her father is said to be losing "joie de vivre" and "language skills" .

Tallulah's sister Scout had shared her feelings on her father's diagnosis on Instagram earlier this year. "Feeling emotionally tired and a bit overwhelmed, yet also very in awe of the love so many people have for my papa," she wrote on her Instagram.
