Britney Spears' boys keeping away from their mother, reveals ex-husband Kevin Federline

American singer Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband with whom she has two sons, spilled the beans on how their sons avoided their mother over her recent behavior on social media.

The troubled life of Britney Spears has no secrets. Her on-court battles with her father, James Spears, are well documented as she fought a legal battle to end her conservatorship of almost 13 years.

Britney has lost many things along the way. And for now, she seems to be losing her two sons, Jayden and Sean.

According to American singer Kevin Federline, Britney's ex-husband with whom she shares joint custody of her sons, the boys don't want to see their mom for many reasons. Federline recently interviewed with DailyMail, parts of which will be aired this coming week on ITV. But the print and digital version of the story is out, and Federline didn't hold back.

According to Federline, their sons have deliberately chosen to ignore the singer. It's a decision the two have made on their own. Federline doesn't cite the exact reason for this in the story but hints that the boys are avoiding their mom over several things. Britney's behavior of late might be the main catalyst, in any case. Kevin further revealed that the boys decided not to attend Britney's recent wedding to Sam Asghari.

Federline added that their sons were happy for her mother and wished the best for her, but it was too much for them to attend. It's been a few months since they met their mom last.

Federline stated that Britney's social media posts — her nudes, specifically — have caused their teenage boys embarrassment and are hard to deal with. Even the public nature of the conservatorship trial and the public and media scrutiny the whole family received was hard on the boys.

There were elements of the trial Federline couldn't explain to his young sons. He tried his best to shield them from the spotlight, but there's only so much you can do in today's digital media savvy world.

In what could be termed a much more controversial statement, Federline stated that Britney's father "saved her life" through the conservatorship. Federline would welcome James back into his and the boys' lives. Without going into details, Federline said that when the boys visited their mom during the conservatorship, they saw things that made him — and presumably the boys — uncomfortable.

All being said and done, though, Federline says," Sean and Jayden have reached a decision, and that choice will stay for now."

He said the boys did try giving their mother the benefit of the doubt, but being constantly put in the same position seems to have become too overwhelming for them.
