Lando Norris's teammate, Oscar Piastri, delivered an outstanding qualifying performance, securing third place, while Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz followed closely behind.

George Russell finished in sixth place, one position ahead of his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton, who recovered from an early-session spin.
