Bo Burnham releases unseen scenes from Netflix special Inside
On Monday evening, Bo Burnham released an extended video incorporating deleted footage from his Netflix special "Bo Burnham: Inside," which premiered in 2021.

Burnham released the unseen recordings for his special "Inside"
In April, Burnham returned to the footage and started editing the supplementary footage into a coherent piece. The comedian and singer-songwriter hinted at the release of this one-hour deleted part on Twitter. He tweeted "stand by..." before posting a follow-up a few minutes later.
"The Inside Outtakes" includes a combination of actual recordings from the special, brand-new songs and comedy not seen or heard earlier; and humor satirizing YouTube, the platform on which Burnham released the outtakes.
During the COVID-19 epidemic, he revealed that he had decided to release a previously unseen video from "Inside." As a result, he directed, filmed, sound edited, and cut all of the segments himself. Inside was launched in May of last year. The picture was a massive hit in theaters, running for a week. Burnham also shot a few comedy and song scenes at his home without an audience or crew.
An award-winning film
The special was well-received by critics and went on to win a slew of awards. Burnham won Emmys for the direction of music, variety-special directing, and variety-special writing at the third Creative Arts awards.
You can enjoy watching "The Inside Outtakes" on YouTube. The actual "Bo Burnham: Inside" special is available on Netflix.
