BlizzCon 2023 updates: Diablo, Overwatch, Warcraft Rumble. Know in detail

Blizzard Entertainment’s massive BlizzCon 2023 is being held at Anaheim Convention Center in California with thousands of people attending the much-awaited program. It was launched on Friday, November 3 and will end the next day. The CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer surprised everyone as he came unannounced and delivered a brief speech.

It has been announced that New zones will include the Isle of Dorn, The Ringing Deeps, and Hallowfall. Besides, a Delves mode will be included, with end-game rewards for 1-5 players. The Earthen will be added as an Allied Race that players can choose for making characters.

The biggest updates from the highly anticipated gaming convention BlizzCon 2023 are as follows:

Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred

The fans were exhilarated when the first expansion for Diablo IV called the 'Vessel of Hatred' was unveiled at the convention center. The expansion will be released in 2024. A teaser trailer was also presented at the BlizzCon.


World of Warcraft
Blizzard revealed three new expansions for the Worldsoul Saga storyline. A trailer which provides a glimpse at the next phase of World of Warcraft, was also revealed. Creative director Chris Metzen introduced the 2024 expansions, The War Within, Midnight, and The Last Titan.



Warcraft Rumble: Mobile game
A new mobile game Warcraft Rumble, is now officially live on Google Play and App Store. It was announced at the BlizzCon 2023. It includes both PvP and PvE modes.



World of Warcraft: Classic - Cataclysm
The World of Warcraft will release Cataclysm expansion in 2024. A trailer for this expansion was also revealed along with the announcement.



Overwatch 2: 'Mauga'
Blizzard has introduced a completely new character named Mauga to Overwatch 2. It is the franchise's first-ever Samoan hero. This new character will be joining the game in the eighth season and will feature a charge move called 'Overrun.' A new map, a new game mode, and new damage and support heroes were also announced.
