Bryan Freedman, Baldoni's lawyer, recently told TMZ, "I'm going to ask her questions under penalty of perjury, and she's going to have to provide evidence, and she's going to have to provide the truth of the stories." He and his team also have "all the footage," "the text messages," and "emails."

"We will examine the degree to which her testimony aligns with the real facts of what happened," he stated.
