Bill Barr wouldn't look into illegal voting over fear of being impeached, Trump claims
Attorney General Bill Barr failed to prosecute former President Donald Trump's phoney charges of voter fraud because he was frightened of being ousted, according to Trump.

'I stated,' "Look, you're going to be indicted. When I was convicted, my popularity skyrocketed. Maybe you should be impeached ". When Trump's approval ratings rose somewhat, he mentioned his first conviction. 'However, he refused to do his job because he was frightened of being condemned.'
On December 1, 2020, Barr said that there was no proof of widespread election fraud, a pretext Trump used to justify refusing to concede the election to now-President Joe Biden.
'How can you avoid impeachment?' Trump pondered. 'You sit back and relax as you await the finish of your term.' That is exactly what he did. It was a tragic situation.
'Then he publishes a dreadful book that is completely wrong,' said the previous President. 'However, you know what? A lot of this could have been avoided if Bill Barr had the fortitude.'
One Damn Thing After Another, Barr's autobiography, was released last month.
Barr described Trump as "not my concept of a leader" during his media tour.
And he projected Trump's fall in the 2020 election.
'I thought he was losing in the polls because he couldn't keep his emotions in check,' the former attorney general told CNN's, Jake Tapper. 'He was allowing his pettiness to show, and I believe this is one of his major flaws.'
Barr stated that while he believes Republicans can retake the White House in 2024, he does not believe they will.
