Michael Penix Jr. delivered another efficient performance, completing 20 of 32 passes for 250 yards and a touchdown to Drake London, who had a monster outing with 10 receptions for 158 yards. The Falcons (3–2) outgained the Bills 443–291 and controlled the tempo on both sides of the ball.
Josh Allen threw for 180 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions for the Bills (4–2), who have now dropped back-to-back games. James Cook contributed 87 rushing yards, but Buffalo’s offense struggled to sustain drives against a disciplined Atlanta defense.
Atlanta opened the game with a statement drive, capped by Tyler Allgeier’s 21-yard touchdown run. Buffalo answered quickly, as Allen hit Joshua Palmer for 45 yards before connecting with Dawson Knox on a 19-yard touchdown to tie the score.
The Falcons regained control late in the first quarter when Penix found London for a 9-yard touchdown on third-and-goal. Then, early in the second, Robinson turned the game on its head, bursting through the right side and sprinting 81 yards for the longest rush in the NFL this season, giving Atlanta a 21–7 lead.
After John Parker Romo’s 37-yard field goal attempt was blocked, the Falcons later sealed the game with a five-minute drive capped by Romo’s 33-yard field goal. DeAngelo Malone’s late interception of Allen punctuated a complete effort from Atlanta, which moved above .500 for the first time this season.
