Nick Gerli, who is the CEO of Reventure Consulting, has raised a severe alarm around the US housing market on his X account, by claiming that the inflation-adjusted housing prices that have soared to nearly double their 130-year average. Gerli's analysis doesn't paint a great picture
Gerli has recently presented a very troubling scenario around the US housing market, and has claimed that this situation is not sustainable. The analyst is of the opinion that there should be a suitable combination of home prices crashing and inflation levels skyrocketing, which would then somehow, flatten things out.The primary issue is issue is the relationship between home prices and incomes, and the current scenario clearly depicts that the situation around the US housing market is as uncertain as the current global economy, that is also on the verge of a major recession.
